The gap no manual fills

Manuals capture procedure. SOPs capture compliance.

Neither captures the judgment that makes your senior expert irreplaceable. That's the gap — and the day they retire, it disappears.

Let the line warm forty minutes. Resetting cold is how bearings seize.

Two products, one preserved mind

Expert talks. Dedendum structures.

One tool for the expert to speak. One tool for the floor to ask. Connected by a validated knowledge base with a name on every answer.

Expert Studio
For the named expert

The expert talks. Twenty minutes. No typing.

Our ops operator guides the session. The expert explains how they think — in their own words, at their own pace. Dedendum structures each judgment into a validated knowledge item. Nothing leaves the session until the expert approves it.

  3. whyA cold-weather alarm is usually a thickened-grease signal, not a real fault. Resetting cold is how bearings seize.

We lost three senior experts last quarter. This is the first tool I've seen that even tries to capture what they actually knew — not what they wrote down.

Grounded, not imagined

Built in Vancouver. Grounded in operations.

We spent fifteen discovery interviews listening before we wrote a line of code. Our pilot tenant runs on real seeded knowledge from a senior millwright. Every claim below is verifiable.

Straight answers

Common questions, on the record.

No hedging, no buzzwords. If it isn't shipped, we'll say so.

No. Dedendum keeps their judgment in the building after they retire. Replacement is not the goal — continuity is. Every answer Floor Assistant returns is attributed to the expert who validated it, by name.

Twenty minutes. No typing, no documents, no training. Our ops operator runs the session; the expert just talks. In Phase 1, experts do not self-serve — we keep the friction off them.

Every item requires the expert's approval before it's live. They can edit, re-record, or discard any draft. Nothing reaches the floor until the expert signs off — with a name and a date.

All tenant data lives in Canada Central. We align to PIPEDA on day one. SOC 2 certification path begins H2 2026; we'll update this page when it completes. Data retention defaults: audio 730 days, transcripts 730 days, queries 365 days — configurable per tenant.

Manual. Our ops operator flags any item that conflicts with an existing validated item so the expert can reconcile. Automated contradiction detection is on our roadmap; it is not shipped. We will not claim otherwise.

$6,500 for a 90-day Discovery Pilot: one expert, up to 25 seats, 2,500 queries, 10 capture hours. No monthly subscription commitment. If it works, we talk annual. If it doesn't, you owe nothing further.

It returns: "Nothing validated matches this. Ask your supervisor, or flag it below so the team can capture this from the expert next session." No hallucinations, ever. Unknown is an honest answer.

Two engineers with backgrounds in industrial ops and ML infrastructure. Built in Vancouver. Hands-on with operators on BC floors since January.

The one call

One conversation. Your numbers. No slides until you ask.

We'll sit with your operations lead for thirty minutes. We'll show what's at risk in your building — with names, with numbers. If we're the right fit, we say so. If we're not, we'll tell you who is.
