Built for the floor, not the desk.
We spent the first three months of 2026 on industrial floors in BC and Ontario, listening. We didn't write a line of production code until we heard the same sentence in four different plants: "When he retires, we're in trouble." This is what we built for that sentence.

Dedendum AI is a product of Giga Software Solutions Inc., a Vancouver-based engineering group with a decade of shipping for industrial operators. Before Dedendum, we built inventory control, plant scheduling, and vision-based quality systems for facilities across North America.
The pattern we kept hitting: the software worked, the procedures were documented, and the plants still ran on the judgment of three or four named experts in the building. Losing one of them set the operation back six months.
We built Dedendum to make that loss preventable — with a tool the expert can use in twenty minutes, with a tool the frontline can use one-handed in thirty seconds, and with a knowledge base that keeps the expert's name on every answer.
We are an infrastructure-first company. Canada Central by default. PIPEDA-aligned on day one. SOC 2 certification path begins H2 2026. Anything we claim, we can back up with an audit trail.
We don't extract knowledge. The expert shares their judgment — and we give them back a record with their name on it.
