Site contact (name, company, email, phone if you share it, free-text notes) for sales and support. Product data (user accounts, captured voice transcripts, structured knowledge items, queries, audit events) for the service. We do not use third-party analytics trackers on this marketing site beyond self-hosted Plausible for page views.
Production data lives in Canada Central (Azure) by default. No transatlantic replication without explicit tenant authorization. Our control plane and tenant databases are physically separated by database, not by row.
You can access, correct, or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We commit to a Data Subject Access Request turnaround of 30 days or less. Deletion includes backups rolled off within 35 days.
