Product service terms
Pilots and subscriptions are governed by the Dedendum Master Service Agreement (MSA) we send before any paid engagement. Controlling terms there supersede anything implied by this marketing site.
Your content stays yours
Voice, transcripts, structured knowledge, and queries inside a tenant belong to that tenant. Dedendum does not train foundation models on tenant data. Aggregate product telemetry — counts and latencies, not content — is retained for service improvement.
No unlawful use
The service is for operational knowledge capture in industrial contexts. Not for evading workplace safety procedures, regulatory compliance obligations, or collective agreements.
